I've been complaining about the condition of the sidewalk between Joffre St. & Webber St. for years. Issue was CLOSED, as ...get this...it was TOO OLD. Never fixed and can never get any attention in this neighborhood. My elderly mother walks this area to get her newspaper at Scottie's and I am seriously concerned for her safety.
FYI - there has been city and National Grid personnell out to see it, stabilize the wires, test for stray currents. It is scheduled for repair. Thanks to the city but especially to SeeClickFix. This is an issue that has been ongoing for years and it would not be seen to thanks to your excellent software and it's use by the Lowell City government.
This has now been fixed. National Grid was out and service the polls on the street a few weeks ago. I might add that their service was terrible and our condo association wasted time and effort getting them to take responsibility for it. They were claiming exorbitant fees for doing this and then fixed it at no charge? National Grid finally did what was right but hardly in a timely manner and with lousy customer service.
