Description
A drumming group of about 20-30 drummers plus their noisy followers have taken up camp at the pergola drumming NON-STOP every weekend from early afternoon to late in the night groups are required to obtain permits from the park department to occupy an entire area. My neighbors and I live at least 500 yards uphill and the noise is deafening. This NEEDS to stop. Hundreds of the surrounding residents have complained about this issue for more than a year now many of us have repeatedly reported this noise issue to the police numerous times but it seems this city leadership refuses to enforce it's park rules or noise ordinance. Please make these disrespectful noise makers choose a private venue or direct them to an appropriate space where they can't disturb entire neighborhoods.
