This property was reported for blight in 6/2015 for its condition. The condition has only gotten worse. It was quietly closed and archived with the comment that it was being monitored. Monitored? How about fining the guy and holding him accountable for negligence. There was a fire last year, and he managed to get the inside apparently fixed up enough to pass an inspection. What about the boarded up windows, lack of gutters, broken foundation, peeling paint, rotting siding to name just a few things wrong with this place? He paid next to nothing for it and is letting it rot away. I have to wonder if the matter was closed to make reports look better. I could be mistaken. I just want this slumlord to take some responsibility and fix the place instead of getting a free pass. Its wrong, and the neighborhood shouldn't have to suffer because of his non-actions.
