The lack of attention to this entire neighborhood by city officials is profound. I was interested in purchasing a home around the Howard Dr area, zip 77017, and joining some of the more recent homeowners that are trying to rejuvenate the area, but seems the city is not interested in enforcing ordinance codes at the moment. From delapidated properties with busted/boarded windows and graffiti, to homeowners CLEARLY running businesses in a residential neighborhood; there is quite a bit of work needed and help from elected officials. Hoping this app assists with the seeemingly hopeless situation.
