There is a very large pine tree that we are not sure whose property it is on or if it is within the county easement and thus your responsibility. Last year when the country trimmed trees, it was trimmed along with other trees in its proximate location. This afternoon a large branch fell across old country road. Luckily no cars were hit. During last springs ice storm and our latest winter storm it has lost a ton of branches and is a danger to the power lines, cable lines, and now cars.. How do we determine whose tree it is, so it can be taken down? Would like some guidance on this.
