Description
This is an issue I’ve reported multiple times, but the issue is just a “patch”, it’s never completely resolved. Almost every time there’s significant rain this drain becomes blocked by debris & floods half of Blount Street. Most drivers are courteous enough to move into the other lanes to avoid it, but sometimes they can’t or won’t. I’ve seen drivers cause a spray of dirty water that would have completely soaked some poor individual unlucky enough to be walking by.
