All of the trash cans in ohlone Park have contents on the ground because unknown persons came through and either dumped things out of the trashcan or dumped the trashcan over. I’ve cleaned up a bunch but won’t finish them all. We need a better mechanism on the trash cans to prevent such persons from dumping everything out. This happens frequently. Take a look at the trash cans used in Albany but do not allow such poor behavior.
