Your complaint has been received and an investigation will be initiated.

Public Works staff attended the location and noted that the pooled water is from snow melt. There is a dip in the roadway allowing for the water to pool. At the time Public Works staff visited, there was no water over the sidewalk and at this time, no action will be taken; however, pictures have been taken for the City's record and resident was contacted and advised. No further action required at this time.
