Several attempts have been made to contact the owner. We have been unable to identify if the owner has given permission for the gravel and debris to be dumped here. The neighbors are still upset by the unsightly condition of the property. Since the material is not health related, the case has been forwarded to Building Code for enforcement. /// CM
