This is Steve Driscoll, President of the Serena Shores Homeowners Association. I have several complaints about a property adjacent to our residential neighborhood, located at 15798 Grand Ave, you have to get to it via Off Grand take Serena, immediate right on Maxxon to Kevin Place, the property is on the right of Kevin Place. There has been a build up of structures, one appears to be maintenance in which has power hooked up and we believe people are living in it. The house seems to be visited by a number of different people, which makes us think something nefarious may be going on.
Recently an RV has been parked there with expired out of state plates and people living in it. We do not know who these people are, they appear to be homeless, These people may be Drug Users, or Sexual Predators, etc. We have many families living in the neighbor hood who have children and are deeply concerned. We have recently had a number of mailboxes broken into and had a whole mail box stolen! There has been a couple of house break ins as well as cars and truck broken into.
This property has become a NUISANCE, a Safety Concern, We Need your help to remedy this situation before it gets escalated into a worse situation.
