This is the wrong address!! It is 2003 Hickory glen once again not 2002!

Does this mean the fence has been corrected and can be closed?

I have been in contact with the owner and time has been given to correct.

It was repaired, and I do not know what else needs to be fixed. Please send a new letter with photo showing what area is in need of repair.

The letter I received was for mold only.

I attend the HOA meeting and was advised that the fence issue is an HOA issue and they are working on fixing all fences along columbia blue. Please close this issue. Thank you

Erica, you and I have talked on the phone about the letter issue and since I spoke with the owner of 2002 Hickory Glen and she requested more time, more time was granted. I did not look at the fence since the owner requested more time. Have a blessed day.

The HOA advised not to fix the fence or make any repairs, that this is their fence to repair and they are getting bids now to complete this. So I am not sure why this is still open if we are not reasonable to for the repair. Is there anything else needed to close this issue ? I also let the owner know what the HOA said.
