  This is still an issue and growing - not sure why its closed?. I used to love hanging out here a lunch, but now feel uncomfortable with all the IV drug use, trash, and smell of urine.

  Remove this ongoing and disgusting mess. Countless advocates have offered these people help and they have refused. What they want is to have no rules, no responsibilities, never clean up there hovels and stay addicted to everything all at the tax payers expense.
