Description

There are two metal access covers, marked 'WATER' in this sidewalk, on near Shirley's Court and the other further up. Both are raised above the sidewalk by at least 2", presenting a serious safety hazard to pedestrians. They also cause serious problems when it snows, because they are difficult to clear.
