Description

The street light at the inersection of North Sherman and Stevens Road was knocked down by a traffic accident over 4 years ago. Currently all that remains is two wires sticking out of the base. This is near the Wilkes Barre Academy and Coal Street Park. This is a very serious safety hazzard.
