A car drove through the fence about 2 weeks ago and destroyed one of the yellow bollards. Was LCI aware of that? The bollard is still laying there blocking the sidewalk.
The yard still looks awful 2 years later in the new pic and now there is a broken fence too.
This is a rental building according to the sign in the window. Are there not rules about disrepair?
If there were notices and fines handed out in 2018 you could have closed this ticket then instead of closing the ticket because it is old. There was a broken fence in 2018 too, now even more so.
The property owner has had years to clean up this lot. They’ve done nothing. It’s looked horrible for years. Why would anyone expect them to take action now?
