That would be horrible for the much more important eastbound and westbound Hall Road traffic. If you exit Lakeside Circle via Northbay Drive then take Schoenherr north, the first driveway you get to that is north of Hall will allow you to drive all the way to the Meijer at Hayes without ever having to be on Hall. When exiting Lakeside Circle via Westbrook Drive there is also a traffic light that will allow you to turn onto eastbound Hall without any trouble.

If you take the first driveway north of Hall Rd. you can stop at Boston Market. If you proceed to the traffic signal at Lakeside Blvd. and turn right you can access all the stores between Schoenherr and Hayes.

please, please make this area so us that don't want to go to the current traffic light can cross Hall road and shop so others can be inconvenienced. After all, WE are not so intelligent but we have to be looked out for.

How about if all of the entrances to malls that are located either north or south of M-59 are closed? Close the dang malls also, nobody but the shoppers and those that get in the way all of the time (aka whiners who want traffic lights installed) can then whine over the wash hanging out in the backyard over the clothesline. Do something productive for a change like maybe get a job. No, I take that back, you'll only have more money to shop with and want more malls erected.

If the economy keeps going the way it's heading, your wish on closing the malls will become a reality.

Go out a lakeside exit that has a light. Turn right, go accorss Hall Rd, take U-Turn to other side. Sounds easy enough to me.

Michigan lefts are much safer than left turns. I believe Hall Road was designed so you could not go straight across. Go out of Lakeside at a light so you can get across the 4 lanes on that side, Then go to the first turn around with a light PAST Marshall's or where ever it is you are going. Problem solved.

Hall rd. is the worst road design I have ever seen, Michigan lefts lined up exactly where shopping center exits are...people running face to face at each other just ridiculous design . then the left turners on the michigan turn arounds are supposed to wait for all of the carts to complete there right turns out of the shopping plaza's of streets...there might only be one car able to complete the left, this backs up traffic like crazy. I try not to even go near Hall road on a weekend just for the fact that its takes you 1/2 an hout to get from lakeside across and around to any othe store or just to head back home. this should be redisned and the michigan lefts should be moved a couple hundred feet away from the shopping center exits. It would make for a much safer driving experience!!

They haven't fixed this for you yet? Maybe you should call 911 and get a police escort across Hall Rd.

To the person who stated that Michigan lefts are safer than left turns, I have to totally disagree. How could a left turn that has a green arrow be less safe than having to go right and attempt to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to a turnaround, only to attempt to cross 4 more lanes to get to the other side. Its extremely dangerous - especially because the traffic is almost non-stop without any gaps to scoot across. Hall Road was designed without convenience for the drivers, and definitely safety was not considered when the entrances and exits to shopping centers was designed. I hate Hall Road and Schoenherr. Nothing but traffic jams. The only way out of those shopping areas from Target to Lakeside to Marshalls, Costco, etc is to rely on someone letting you into a lane. I went to Twelve Oaks Mall. They have double left turn lanes with green arrows. Its so EASY to get in and out of that mall's parking area. They deserve 10 stars for their design.

Totally agree with Frustrated Hall Road Driver. I, too, have beento Twelve Oaks Mall. Driving in and out is safe and easy!!! That is how Hall Road should be designed!!!
