Description

At the intersection of 59 & Fountainview there is a growing number of homeless men. These men are aggressive and get angry when drivers do not allow them to clean windshields. Over time, this group has multiplied and they now accumulate trash, have a grill, furniture, and occupy the space 24/7. They are a danger to themselves and others. Oftentimes, they are high and drunk to the point that they are walking in front of cars while drivers have a green light. On more than one occasion, one of the men has exposed himself and hit my window in anger. I have called several dozen times over the last several months while this camp continues to grow. I no longer feel safe driving to this intersection.
