Q. Please describe the issue
A. The neighbor has a pit bull no dogs are allowed here on the property. But the main issue that they let it crap in the yard and do not pick it up. I have stepped in dog crap a few times. How can you enforce them to pick it up? And they let the dog run loose in the yard if you are outside it will jump all over you. They live in apt 3 R I have a video put it will not upload here.
