Drain is open at this time . Outfall is between 3789 & 3785

The blockage is where the culvert meets the stream and it is not open.it is completely blocked

Issue 4358331 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

This swale is open at this time.

The small amount of debris at this location does not hinder the flow of the swale nor plum springs at this time and would be out the right of way.

Follow up investigation noted a tree down across the stream roughly behind 3793 Plum Spring Lane that is within County Open Space. This will be referred to Bureau of Highways to address.
