Description
Permit B02349573. The permit indicates that construction is in critical areas and that there is no increase to impervious areas. Concrete was poured for a full day on March 16 for slabs that were not part of the primary construction (garage). This clearly increases impervious area. There were also no inspections done before or after this concrete work. Also, the increased footprint of the new garage clearly increases impervious area. So I believe the work being done is not consistent with the permit and at the very least a variance hearing should be required.
