New sign installed this morning. Can someone teach city personnel how to use a level? Sign leaning over like we just had a windstorm.

Someone pulled the sign to make it straight but it promptly went back to leaning toward the street. If you took a look at the signs along Humphrey street they all need first aid. Maybe a good task for kids during the summer??
