Totally feckless non response from the city of Marshall to this issue.
This has been reported here, and in emails to the nonresponsive City Manager and Mayor.
Cans are left on the curb lawn at this location, and also at:
424 West Michigan (on the Sycamore Street side)
313 South Kalamazoo
In addition the Marshall Police Department has totally abdicated enforcement of the speed limit on West Michigan Avenue west of the traffic circle.
