Opis
A couple of the units' current installation is non-conforming in many ways and currently poses a possible safety hazard in the event of an earth quake. The units are not seismically attached and could potentially fall off the curbs and or rooftop. Also it was noted some installation guidelines that had not been followed on several items.

Issue was checked on 5/11/18. However, no one was at 610 Santa Cruz Ave. but was able to get property manager's contact info.
Notice of Violation will be generated and online file will be closed due to open code enforcement case.
