Need a right turn arrow coming out of Blue Streak Blvd ( High School) that is green the same time the left turn arrow going onto Blue Streak Blvd from West Ave is green. The busses can not make a right turn on red and the cars can not get in with all the busses stuck there blocking all the entrances to the parking lots. With both arrows green at the same time cars can get in while busses are leaving, and busses can get out while more carsare entering.
