I almost drove right into this on my way to work this morning before sunrise. I had to cross the center line to clear the dumpster. These people should be fined and the dumpster needs to be moved.

This thing is taking almost the entire lane. Plus it is > 12 inches from the curb. Very Dangerous

That's crazy! It literally is in the traffic lane, who would do that?
