The inspection result is that the trees in question are actually overgrown evergreen shrubs on private property of a home on Pleasant St Court. The homeowner of that property happened to be outside, so she and I had a conversation regarding the situation with the wires. The City does not perform work on private property, but I did tell the homeowner she could contact National Grid Electric. NGRID's customer service number is 800-322-3223. NGRID typically sends a representative to do an inspection to determine if trees or other plants need to be pruned and if so, they follow up by pruning to remove branches around wires. Thank you.
