Someone has thrown shoes on to the wire lines as seen on the photograph please refer this to the proper agency/ Dept/ or utility company for removal we understand that it may not be of importance to some but we really would like to see these shoes removed from these wire lines we don't wish for them to remain there at all. If unable to do so please respond with contact information to the proper utility so that we can coordinate and contact. Please note that this is the wish of not only one individual but the wish of several neighbors and residents that wish this shoes be removed and wish that no other shoes are thrown on wire lines around our city/neighborhood. There is confusion among residents on the meaning or symbol that this hanging shoes may represent. Thank you
