The target resolution date is 04/30/18. We are not sure if they will be coordinated together as the user mentioned the repair needs to be done in the street and not the sidewalk as the other requests listed.

yes, this issue is in the street - the asphalt is buckled near the intersection of iverson and mell
the sidewalk isn't flat either, but the street is a bigger problem

Hi! The service request was closed by the Department of Public Works stating a point repair work order needed to placed for this street. I have reached out to them directly to get more information and an estimated turn around time.

Hi! If an email is provided, one can be sent when the service request is opened and closed.

My email is: sidewalks@candlerpark.org. Does the direct contact at DPW also have a person-specific email address?

Thanks for the information. We will add it to Service Requests that you make in the future. Also, the email is an auto-generated one that informs you the request has been closed and it will say it's coming from ATL311. Once that email is received you can contact us to see why it was closed in the case you are unable to tell if the work was done.

The work was never done. The case was closed. I did not receive the auto-generated email to sidewalks@candlerpark.org stating that the case was closed. Still trying to determine why the case was closed and if there is a direct contact for the person who closed it so I can forward that information to the Candler Park Neighborhood Organization and also to Councilmember Amir Farokhi. #amirfarokhi

I'm referring to your comment above. I'm waiting for an email from ATL311, so I can report back to you that I got said email, and then try to determine WHY the case was closed so I can initiate a "point repair work order...for this street." I'm not even sure who I write to or what that is or what more I need to do. It would be helpful to have more details because I have to report about it, no matter the status.

A point repair request has been made via request #1119657565. I have noted the request with the type of work that needs to be fulfilled. Once an issue is reported, the first responder is assigned to investigate and they make the decision as to what type of work is needed.

Since the type of work that needs to be done has been properly notated that request number will allow you to check for updates. That is where the responder will leave any notes if necessary.

Hi! You can ask for updates on this message thread. The service request number is just for your reference and ours when we ask the department for updates. A point repair is not something that can be issued in our system by us as it can only be put in by the Department of Public Works. Our initial request is for a pothole and it is then issued as a point repair once DPW goes out to inspect. We have reached out to them again regarding the turnaround time.
