we often see unknown cars pull up on our block, and we're pretty sure there are drug sales going on.

Emily, I would not use my name on this site when reporting dangerous things like drug deals. I would call the police or talk to your district police manager. There might be under cover operations in progress. Alerting these perpetrators will only jeopardize any operations that might be in place. The perpetrators might take things out on you if they know who you are and where you live. I know you are upset about what is happening in your neighborhood, but I am concerned for your safety.
