Had a similar Issue here on Frotenac st. The people went out and left the doggie door access open. The dog barked for 3.5 hours straight. Last I new there was an ordinance in place that the POLICE need to enforce. For what ever reason most CPO have no clue about it. Call the police and call again until it's stopped. When the police are Involved and respond to a call it's logged into their system so they can see if it's habitual. Call, Call Call. I do it all the time. That's what the POLICE are for, to enforce the laws. This is the type of silly crap that's polluting this city. Speeding, Barking dogs, Broken down cars on front lawns, Trash. Call and call again I do it, It works. Squeaky wheel gets grease!

Dogs tend to bark... Granted.... But if they are home and not doing anything about it after an hour than, yes something should be done.
