Wire is down hanging in the tree in on the tree belts. This looks dangerous, please fix.

You should have called this into public safety 203 946-6316 when you first noticed it. You can then post to alert others and have a record it was called in. You should mention in your post it was called in. This site is not monitor 24/7 by the city, you do not know when your post will be seen by the city.
