Description
Homeless people are living inside three garages that are on the corner of Quincy Alley and Sacramento St.
These garages pertain to a house located at 410 and 412 Alabama St..
The smell of human feces and urinating and defocating is now emanating from these garages.
It is now turning into a fire hazard, since lots of people are living inside the garage. Human trafficking is visible at all hours of the day and night. It is also a health issue, as public urinating and defocating is being done in the alley

Code Enforcement Division is obviously not up the job it has been assigned. It needs more people, and more authority. It is increasingly apparent that the work CED should be, and is not, performing is more important than any other law enforcement priority in the city. We need to get more officers out of their cars and onto their feet, on the street. That way, they will be able to see, and contribute to fixing what has gone wrong in our city.
Scroll back to the top of this page, and read this posting again -- are you not ashamed?
