Description

Tents popping up everywhere around the Cameron Stanford Mansion and Lake Chalet. OFD had to be called a few days ago because the homeless were starting fires by the dry grass; OFD arrived in a few minutes and put out the fires. I don't understand why the City of Oakland has little or no concern regarding these issues.
