Description
On the north side of Glasscock Street there is a row of evergreens along the edge of the sidewalk. The branches are growing completely over the sidewalk.
Also, along the same stretch of Glascock but on the south side of the street the sidewalk is covered in dirt. The dirt washes over the sidewalk when it rains. For days after the rain on sunny days people are forced to walk through the muddy puddle.

This is still an issue. It has not been addressed at all.
The branches from the evergreen trees along the sidewalk at this location are growing into the sidewalk enough to force people to leave the sidewalk all together and travel in the grass. This is a major issue for people who rely on a hard smooth surface to travel.
