We need better dog laws. Animal control has been to this house at least 10 times since these people moved in. Animal control was here yesterday and their two pit bulls spent all day today running around in the street. They're outside right now. These people don't learn. Can you make a law that says if you don't take care of your dogs you can't have any? What's the point of animal control if they're powerless?
