Probably the worst sidewalk issue in the city in an urban area with a higher population. It's also a City of RICHMOND historic District.

I have seen news reporters and city cancel Kim Gray out looking at this issue. Does this mean something is going to be done soon?!?! I have seen people tripping and falling down more than once.
