Description
When traveling East on Rt 20, at the Mainline Drive intersection, the Traffic light indicates a right turn is OK at the same time that the pedestrian crossing for Mainline drive is lit, allowing both events to happen at the same time. I travel this road every day and have seen numerous close calls of people taking a right onto Mainline Drive (as the green arrow allows) at the same time that pedestrians are walking across Mainline Drive (as the pedestrian signal simultaneously allows).

I saw someone almost get hit again this morning. A guy on a mobility scooter was going across the crosswalk while both the pedestrian cross and also the right turn light were on. A car made a right turn and came within inches of hitting the mobility scooter. Then the yelling match between them started.
It is a dangerous intersection.

I have taken more time to look at this light timing. It is really messed up. The walk light only illuminates when either East or Westbound traffic on RT 20 gets a turn arrow to go down Mainline Drive, which means that the person crossing in the crosswalk is guaranteed to be put in danger.
Yesterday around 8 AM a semi making a turn onto Mainline Drive from Westbound RT 20 almost hit an elderly gentleman who had a "walk signal".
