On the block between Rosewood Ave. & Russell St. between Clifton and Woodhill Rd., there are at least 3 roosters crowing at all times of day, especially early in the morning. Hen houses are fine, but roosters in a tightly packed city neighborhood is not cool. I don't want to get anyone in trouble--I just want to not be woken up by roosters every day.
