Walked past the house in question while walking my dog and privacy frnce appears to be almost brand new while property on the west side appears to be missing large pieces of the privacy fence and covered in green mold. I didnt smell anything or see anything that would need anyones attention.

I live near this house and it has been in terrible condition for YEARS! Always smells like animal waste and the yard has never been maintained since I moved to Kenwood. I dont understand how the city of St. Pete has allowed this place to stay in this condition. I have seen raccoons coming out from under her house many times. Overgrown vegetation, hole in the roof, gutters hanging off, trees overgrown.

Awfulness to say the least! I understand the cats (it’s Catwood) but unvaccinated dogs? Not cool. How do you know they are unvaccinated though? Not saying they aren’t but there are dogs on my block too. How do I find out if they are unvaccinated?

Maybe the owner needs help fixing the cats? Its not illegal to feed strays.. But they need to be fixed.

So if there aren’t unvaccinated dogs, as stated, then maybe this may be just a neighbor who doesn’t like another neighbor and is using this website for their convienience to badmouth thus neighbor. Shame on you if this is the case.
