What is the purpose of See, Click, Fix if the owner is not held accountable? There is an abandoned truck behind the activity building. Now there is a SUV parked up at the burned house and police informed. The SUV was stolen and parked on this property. My neighbors along with me are very concerned and feel people are going in and out of these buildings plus we have to look at this mess every day. PLEASE HELP US GET THIS PROPERTY CLEANED UP!!!!!!!!!

A Service Request has been issued for 894 Greenview Ave, Inspector Mander has been assigned. A site visit will be made and violations documented.

Good luck getting anything done. I reported the same type of situation on street in east Macon and it stayed on file for three years with no action taken. Apparently, you have to live in a more exclusive part of town for anything to be done to blighted properties.

I have been dealing with this property over 5 years and nothing gets done. The problem is the owner is not held accountable to maintain the property until such time it is rented or sold. Even if rented, owner still doesn’t make tenant maintain property. I agree with you as Macon is only focusing on areas around Mercer University and downtown.

Inspector Robinson has completed a Service Request for894 Greenview Ave , multiple violations were found. The responsible party has/will be contacted for an attempt to resolve all issues. Although, we make every attempt to resolve these issues in a timely manner, please understand it is a timely process.
