This isn't the sidewalk that leads up to the front door, it's the sidewalk that crosses in front of the property - please confirm that this is what was assessed. All of my neighbors note that this has always been DPW's responsibility to repair sidewalks that run along the street, so I'm surprised that I'm being told that it's my responsibility.
Resubmitting. Other neighbors with similar issues were handled by New Haven and were not told that it is their responsibility. This is a safety hazard that could result in injury if not addressed.
I'm glad I could help. If you need help with anything else, just report it on SeeClickFix and, if I notice it, I will surely see if I can find any information which could assist in finding a solution. I'm a big fan of this website.

Hello JG & Steve,
I read through the ordinance; however, there appears to be a bit of gray area. Take a look and see if you can accurately decipher what it says.
