Is this being addressed?

First complaint came in April 23rd. Code Officer checked and found no yard waste in the street. Officer continued to check for two weeks and never saw evidence of yard waste being blown into the street.

If the complainant would call Del Powell 547-4575 ext 232 at the time that it is being done, Del could respond at that time. Also, if the complainant could send me a picture of the yard waste in the street, Del could use that to take enforcement action.

There are pictures of said yard waste in the street (one picture shows a mower in the yard) attached to both complaints.

By providing the picture -- the Code Enforcement Officer was now able to post and mail out a Courtesy Notice for the violation today.
