I was kind of surprised when Westmoreland got repaved before Commonwealth in the same vicinity within the last 6 months. I know it may get more traffic, but it had far fewer potholes than Commonwealth between Broad and Monument. Kind of makes you wonder how they prioritize the repaving efforts. Commonwealth needs to be fixed and patching is not working.

Indeed. Patching the potholes individually is just treating the symptoms vs the fixing the overall cause for a longer term solution.
