Is anyone besides the Humphrey Street area experiencing a problem with the Register delivery? Since February delivery of the paper is either non-existent or sketchy at best. Called the Register many times, went there to speak to a circulation person and nothing has changed. This week missed 2 papers and delivery of the rest can be anytime between 7:30 to 10:30. I was told that they are "doing their best" and that a copy of the paper is always available in the lobby. Not true. Sunday paper was not delivered and when I went to the Register there was copies in the lobby but the doors were locked and nobody answered the ringing of the doorbell. Also when it rains forget delivery. When the paper is delivered, it's thrown on the sidewalk, on the lawn or on the bottom stair. Terrible.
