Description

Over the past year a large rut/ditch has developed right next to the road. There are no storm drains between the green st intersection and the end of the street (130) and as result rainwater collects at the location of this issue and does not dissipate ever. The water and dirt is now flooding into the street each time it rains. I do not know if it is town land or not but fellow residents of the area have voiced concerns with the stagnant water lasting all summer again, harboring a large mosquito population.
