Hello, the Crestwood neighborhood has 4 stumps and 19 total trees in need of replacing, who does our HOA need to communicate with to coordinate replacement of all trees?

Each address will have a ticket entered for the tree concern, stump removal and then tree replacement. The whole process could take up to a year and tree replacements generally take place in the fall and are replaced in the order the tree was removed.
