There is garbage, litter, appliances and inoperable motor vehicles completely covering the front and back lawns of the property. There are holes in the roof, siding, and windows of the house. There is substantial overgrowth on the side of the property. There are numerous animals including 2 dogs without rabies shots or license, one of which appears to have mange. There is no gas in service to the home. The interior of the property is hoarded with junk and garbage and is filthy. There are 3 young children living in these conditions!!
