Description
This is not really a sewer/drain issue, but there is no available appropriate category and the platform forces you to pick a category to proceed.
The conduit containing the stream running under Drummond Street may be compromised because water forces it's way to the street surface and creates constant potholes and frequent running water on the surface until it eventually rejoins the open stream at the intersection of Drummond and Melody. On an otherwise dry weather day, Drummond often has running water on its surface. This is a particular safety hazard in cold weather, as pools of this water freeze and cars dropping off students to Brennan Middle School round the corner and suddenly encounter unexpected ice patches on a dry day when no other streets have ice. This problem may extend back to the site of the new high school and needs to be addressed. There is no point patch filling the potholes until the root cause is solved.
