Description

In the park directly across the street from the Dolores Gonzales Elementary School and the ABQ Zoo there are people shooting up. Children play in this park every day, and are surrounded by very questionable characters, not to mention the needles and other trash they throw everywhere. We have a problem here with a growing presence of addicts living in the park. Is the City of Albuquerque so overwhelmed that it cannot dedicate a police presence to this area?
