This occurs everyday between 3:00 and 4:30.

A white van parked between 3:00-4:30. A.M. or P.M.? This is a total disgrace. The audacity that someone parks a white van in our neighborhood. How dare they?!!!

...and they park it for an hour and a half everyday? Blasphemy!...

It is parked in their front yard not driveway or street. And it is parked on and off all throughout the day and night.

No one lives in that house, very odd. Does the van stop by to check on possible occupants? Maybe to feed something inside there? Creepy.

Cole - I can give you more information on that. Sometimes someone lives there. They come to check on property.
